For the past 25 years, John has been a leader and driving force behind operational excellence, lean, six sigma, & quality initiatives in organizations with domestic and international operations. These include Waste Management, Sears, IMC Global, ServiceMaster and more recently Nike, where he served as the architect in transforming the global lean initiative.
John is a frequent speaker at industry conferences & provides expert consulting advice to businesses engaged in transforming their continuous improvement efforts
John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Long Island University.
